Check the expiry, minimum spend, region, exclusions and redemption instructions. Ask the seller about anything unclear. “Verified by seller” means the seller confirms the offer’s condition; it is not a retailer endorsement.

Never share passwords, payment details or account access. Keep conversations in the deal chat. A listing may need seller assistance, but a guided live-session feature is not currently available.

Contact the seller in your conversation with the retailer’s error message and personal details hidden. Resolve payment issues or refunds directly with the seller. Buyer-reported completion and reviews are not payment or delivery verification by Couply.

Payments happen outside Couply, using a method agreed between buyer and seller. Couply never collects or holds funds and cannot reverse payments. Choose a payment method with suitable protection and agree the delivery details before paying.

List only unused offers you have the right to transfer. State all restrictions clearly, provide accurate redemption details, and do not list account credentials or an offer prohibited from transfer by its retailer.
