Your privacy matters.

Couply uses account information, listings, saved deals and deal conversations to provide the marketplace. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in listings or messages.

If you connect Gmail, Couply requests read-only email permission and searches for coupon messages from Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Foot Locker, Nike, Adidas, Google and Apple. Messages are processed to extract coupon details, not retained as email bodies or used for AI training. Extracted details remain private until you review and publish a listing. Connection credentials and extracted codes are encrypted. Disconnect Gmail in Account settings to stop future searches and remove imported coupon drafts; listings you already published remain in the marketplace. Email discovery does not prove an offer is unused or transferable.

Codes are stored separately from public listing information. Stored private codes are accessible only to the seller and administrators. Sellers decide when to share codes in chat or through an agreed digital transfer. A listing’s public description should never include a private code.

MVP payments are arranged directly between users outside Couply. Do not share card details or banking passwords in chat. Integrated payments are a future feature; Couply does not collect or hold funds.

Ratings, feedback and review dates are public after a buyer reports an exchange completed. Do not include coupon codes or personal details in reviews. Private conversation identities are not included in public review results.

The final notice must specify the data controller, contact details, retention periods, legal bases, service providers and privacy rights before launch. Those legal details have not yet been supplied.
