What can I find on Couply?
Unused loyalty rewards and retail discounts offered by other people. Browse by brand, buy a coupon, or look for a swap. Check each offer’s restrictions before committing.
Is Couply connected to these brands?
No. Couply is an independent peer-to-peer marketplace and is not affiliated with the brands shown. Listings are verified by the seller.
Can I sell any reward?
Only if it is unused and you have the right to transfer it. Retailer rules vary. Check the offer’s terms and disclose expiry, region, minimum spend and exclusions.
How do swaps work?
Choose a swap listing, check what the seller wants and discuss your offer in the deal conversation. Confirm the exchange details before sharing redemption information.
When do I see the code?
The seller sends the coupon in chat or by an agreed digital transfer, at the time you both agree. Private stored codes are never automatically revealed. Demo listings have no seller to reply or deliver; do not send payment.
What if the code fails?
Contact the seller in chat, explain the problem and provide evidence with personal details hidden. Resolve any refund directly with the seller. Couply cannot reverse offline payments.
How do I pay?
Agree a payment method directly with the seller and pay outside Couply. Couply does not process or verify payments.
How do seller reviews work?
After receiving your coupon or transfer and finishing the exchange, mark it completed in the conversation. You can then leave one 1–5 star rating and public feedback. Completion is buyer-reported, not verified by Couply. Demo conversations cannot be reviewed.
Do I need an account?
You can browse without an account. Sign in or create an account to post a listing, save offers or connect with a seller.
